The Coalporter Bathtub Gondola is a common sight on the railroads of the USA. Beginning in the late 80s, these cars increased the volume of coal that could be shipped in a single car over the older 2 and 3 bay hopper car designs. Many of the earliest designs were in fact built on the frames of the older cars. This car is designed after the Conrail G52X class cars and features a wealth of details to make your car look accurate!
