Pickup / Dropoff

If you’d like to pickup or drop off your project in person, we can certainly accommodate! We are located southeast of Reading, PA near the town of Birdsboro. We’re convenient to US 422, Exit 300 of the PA Turnpike and US 222. Please Contact us using the button above to discuss and arrange pickup / drop off of your project. There is no charge to pickup or drop off in person.

Club or private RR Delivery

We’re happy to arrange pickup / delivery of your project to your club if it’s in the eastern half of the USA. There may be some cost involved, but it’s often cheaper than freight shipping especially with multiple cars.

Freight Shipping

International Shipping

We are happy to arrange shipping for you if you like, or you are welcome to arrange shipping with a LTL trucking company (UPS Freight, A Duie Pyle, Old Dominion, ABF, etc). There will be a crate charge for crating completed projects before shipping (usually $150), and we will deliver to the freight terminal at no additional charge. Kits are shipped UPS unless otherwise specified. For example, shipping a Coalporter kit to California is $235 plus a $20 crate fee. The crate fee is returned if the wood crate is returned to us.

We are happy to crate and ship projects worldwide. Each of these shipments will be it’s own special quote as prices vary wildly based on weight and country of destination. We can arrange that shipping for you, or you are welcome to arrange it yourself. If you arrange it, we will deliver to your freight forwarder (if located in NY, NJ, PA or MD) at no additional charge. If your forwarder is on the west coast, there will be an additional charge to ship it to them. International shipping will require a stronger crate than domestic shipping, so a $250 crating fee applies.
