A great addition to your railroad is this cantilever type signal bridge! Used by railroads across the US, these made great trackside additions to your railroad. Included is the steel to build the bridge shown, however the handrails are not included and can be made of 1/8” steel rod which is available from any hardware store including Home Depot or Lowes. We decided to make that a “customer added option” as there were several designs of railings for these bridges.

Please note these are large and heavy and will require concrete footers. You will need to check with local codes to determine how deep the footers need to be (usually 4’ is sufficient) to avoid frost movement.

Pre-orders will close 11/10/2026 with pickup beginning around 12/15/2026. As these are large and heavy, we recommend pickup at our Reading area shop, however we can also deliver for no charge to the Ridge Live Steamers meet in Florida in February or we can arrange something in Ohio.
